Today, we held Club Z's last Fun Run of the year. We had everything from an old school Datsun Fairlady 2000 Roadster, Z32s, 350Zs, a G35 coupe, a Nissan Skyline R34, and a Porsche 911 Twin Turbo show up. It was a great turnout and what better way to enjoy the last fun run of the year than to cruise through Highway 9. After some photo ops and shooting the breeze at a vista point halfway through the drive, we ended the fun run at the world famous Winchester Mystery House. There, we met Group Z members and Central Valley Z Club members for some cool times in the parking lot with the cars and a tour of the weird house built by the eccentric Sarah Winchester. Anyways, on to the pictures:
Some of the cars that showed up early in the morning in front of the Safeway in Santa Clara.
Rob and Donna's newly purchased 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 VSPEC.
Dale's blindingly fast 993 Twin Turbo.
Some attempts at action shots. I wasn't very succesful, was I?
We found a nice vista point to pull over and check out the cars and take pictures of the cars with a nice backdrop.
Kelan's TT conversion convertible.
Donna's APS powered 350Z Twin Turbo.
Alvin's SR20DE powered Datsun 2000 Roadster.
Donna's newly purchased Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 VSPEC.
Some pictures of the underbody of the Skyline. You can see the underbody diffusers and some of the carbon fiber panels.
Winchester Mystery house and one of it's stairs leading to nowhere.
Here's some pictures of the other Nissan and Datsun cars brought by Group Z, Central Coast Z, and other members. Thanks to Mike Fagan for organizing the Winchester Mystery House discounted tour and reserved parking spots.
Another nice Datsun Fairlady Roadster.
Mark's TT vert's engine bay. Sorry I didn't get anymore pics of the car as everyone crowded around this TT all day.
Batman's Twin Turbo RX-7.
Darryl's other TT, a monster Supra Twin Turbo.
Some cool pics in front of Glenn's house.
How often do I get to take pictures of my car next to an honest to goodness Nissan Skyline R34 VSPEC?
More pictures of Donna's Skyline. The last picture shows you that this car is fully legalized for US use.
Some night shots of my TT.
It was Lynette's birthday so we had to take a picture of her in Donna's R34.
